Maker’s Mark Bourbon Dinner
Bourbon and culinary enthusiasts, join us Thursday, February 27th at 6:30 p.m. for an exquisite Maker’s Mark Bourbon Dinner, featuring a carefully curated six-course pairing experience. Begin with Charcoal Grilled Oysters in chipotle bourbon butter, with your choice of Black Walnut Manhattan or Trace of Elderflower featuring Maker’s Mark.
Savor flavors like Braised Pork Belly with a bourbon maple glaze with Maker’s Mark Cask Strength Bourbon and Pecan Crusted Black Cod with red quinoa and bourbon braised turnips paired with Maker’s Mark 101 Special Proof Bourbon. The evening concludes with a decadent Double Chocolate Espresso Tart featuring a bourbon whipped cream served with our very own Parkers’ Barrel Aged Maker’s Mark Digestivo.
