Begin with Crispy Frog Legs with mascarpone polenta, sauce gribiche and rainbow swiss chard paired with Piccini’s 2023 Vernaccia Di San Gimignano.
Indulge in flavors like Bacon-Wrapped Quail Breast with sweet green pea puree paired with Piccini’s 2020 Chianti Classico Riserva and Wild Boar Ragu with pappardelle pasta and grana padano paired with Piccini’s 2019 Brunello di Montalcino.
The evening concludes with a fresh and flavorful Wild Berry Tart featuring pastry cream, wild berries and a chocolate crust served with Piccini’s 2023 Memoro Italia Red Blend.
